> which immigration lawyer should I use for a startup visa in Amsterdam?

Three firms come up consistently for startup-visa work: Bakker & Roos, Meijer Immigratie, and Van Dijk Legal.

Fig. I — three names. None of them yours.

Your best buyers have stopped typing keywords. They explain their problem.

01 — THE SHIFT

A search box gave you ten links and a chance to rank. An assistant gives three names and no auction to enter.

By the time your name could come up, the model has already diagnosed the problem, ruled out options and formed a shortlist. Watch how little of that involves your website.

01No ranked list. One paragraph, two or three names.
02No ad slot. You cannot buy your way in.
03It quotes other people about you, not you.

my cheeks have gone patchy and darker over the last two years and nothing I’ve tried has shifted it
That pattern usually points to melasma rather than sun damage. It matters, because laser is often the wrong first move — pigment can rebound worse. What have you tried?
vitamin C, a peel at a beauty salon, and one laser session that made it worse
That sequence is common and explains the rebound. What you want is a clinic that assesses depth before it treats, not one that leads with a device.
ok. who actually does that properly near me?
Two clinics come up repeatedly for pigment assessment in your area: your clinic and Kliniek Merel.

02 — WHAT WE DO

Van Found is a service, not a dashboard. You get an operator, and the work ships whether or not you have time to think about it.

01

We publish the answers

Pages that answer the exact questions your buyers put to an assistant, written plainly enough that a model will quote them. On your site, signed off by you.

02

We get you into the sources

Models cite other people about you far more than they cite you. Reviews, professional directories, association listings, the specialist press. We work on those directly.

03

We report where you stand

Every month: which engines name you, for which questions, and who they name instead. One page, no vanity charts.

First you appear. Then you appear everywhere.

03 — WHAT CHANGES

We start from the forty questions your buyers actually ask an assistant. In month one you are named in almost none of them. The work is getting that number up, question by question, and the same forty are re-read every month so you can watch it move.

Month
Named in
01

The gap, in writing

Forty questions, four engines, thirty runs each. You see exactly which answers name you, which name your competitors, and which name nobody you have heard of. The first answer pages go live in the same month.

02

Your name comes back

The narrow questions start returning you. Small volume, but the people asking these are already close to buying. This is the month you usually hear it from a customer before you hear it from us.

6  /40
03

Other people start citing you

Your name turns up in answers we never wrote a page for. Directories, reviews, association listings and the specialist press are now carrying you, and those are the sources the models lean on hardest.

11  /40
04

You enter the comparison questions

Cost, alternatives, whether the job is worth doing at all. You show up earlier in the decision, before the buyer has a shortlist, and in more than one engine. This is where the count steepens.

19  /40
05

The answer argues for you

Your name arrives with a reason attached. The model does not list you, it explains why you rather than the other two, and it says the same thing across engines because the underlying sources now agree.

06

Named every time, not occasionally

For the questions that decide business in your market you are a fixed part of the answer. A competitor starting from where you started in month one needs six months to reach you, and by then the sources have moved again.

Illustrative counts from a typical engagement, not a guarantee. Your own baseline is measured in week one and re-read every month against it.

That is the shape of six months. The first one starts with finding out where you actually are.

06 — QUESTIONS
Is this SEO with a new name?

They overlap. SEO optimises for a ranked list of links; we optimise for being named inside a written answer that the model assembles mostly from sources other than your own site. Different target, different work, different measurement.

How do you measure what a black box decides?

We cannot see inside the model, and neither can anyone selling you a dashboard. We ask it the same questions every month and write down what it says: named or not, first or third, and which sources it leaned on. That is the number that moves.

My field is regulated. Can you still publish for me?

Yes, and it is most of our work. Nothing goes live without your sign-off, we write to the claims rules your body enforces, and we will flag anything we think puts you at risk before it reaches your inbox.

How long before anything changes?

Faster than SEO ever was, and less predictable. Some answers shift within weeks of a page going up; a crowded city takes a quarter. You get a report from month one either way.

Do you work with our competitors?

No. The exclusivity term is in the pricing above, and it is the whole answer: once your category and city are taken, they are taken. If someone in your market asks us after you have signed, we tell them the slot is gone.

What if it doesn’t work?

You keep everything. The pages are on your site, the listings and profiles are in your name, and the baseline is yours. There is no platform to be locked out of and nothing switches off when we stop.

How much of my time does this take?

About an hour a month. You approve what goes out before it goes out, and you take one call to go through the report. Everything else happens without you.

Still deciding? Ask us the awkward version on a call.
